Even though the "regular way" IPO market has been very slow this year, new issues remain steady via other methods, including spinoffs, splits, foreign listings, cross-listings, and the SPAC IPO path.

We just posted 29 new or updated decks to IPO Pro, where we consolidate every new listing deck, regardless of the path taken. (The decks are published as they come in at SPACvest and IPO Candy, respectively.) IPO Pro is the site that offers database access.

Many new SPAC decks are just proposed and require a shareholder vote. We upload all the subsequent updated decks to the listing when they are completed. The process is the same for announced spinoffs/splits and IPO deals in marketing but not yet completed.
